Thanks to woo who left the kind comments yesterday. I could have really used them when I was feeling crappy. My huMom needs a good clawing for waiting so long to transcribe my ordeal. At least she kept taking pics. I am doing fine now and my fur is growing back nicely in that area. In this post, I'll describe more about what it was like to wear that stupid lampshade.
So after a whole day of doing very little other than sleeping, I was feeling a little more chipper. This is the first time I've had to wear a cone, and it took me awhile to figure out how to maneuver while wearing this stupid thing. Every time I would go to sniff something it would drag on the ground and I couldn't figure out how to make it stop. When I went to the back yard, I tried to stay close to the house to be safe, but that cone would just drag alongside the house and make a horrible sound. I hated to walk anywhere. HuMom was patient though, and took me out for walks and walked very slowly until I got the hang of sniffing with the cone, and seeing with the cone, and walking with the cone.
Here, I was so happy because I finally figured out how to work the bone with this thing on my head:
Here is a close-up. This wasn't easy but I got the hang of it! Take notes in case woo ever have to wear one of these:
See ya later! Woooo woo rar rar rar... Kayla

Hi Kayla,
Yes. . I DO like female huskies! And it looks like you and I both have the same taste in snacks. I have a bone just like that. I bury it in the back yard and make it into a Siberian Chimichanga. You should try it! Nice work with your cone.

When it comes to bones, where there is a will, there is a way - and it is clear you had that will.

Wow, Ozzie is such the teenager male, huh? But glad you figured things out.
At least you still have bone skills with the cone. It would be terrible if you couldn't have a good chew!
